We encourage customers who are currently using the deprecated add-in to fully switch to the modern CodeTwo Signatures Web Add-in for Outlook & OWA.

The Web Add-in replaces the CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 Add-in (preview add-in), which is now deprecated. If you configured different signatures for different recipients, the Web Add-in’s pane will show all available signatures. Users can use the add-in to see what signature(s) will be added to their email in the cloud (after the email is sent) while they compose it in Outlook and OWA. Our Web Add-in now also supports the server-side (cloud) signature mode.
